It is the by product which consists of un-crystallized sucrose, glucose, fructose, sulphated and carbonated ash and other impurities. It is used to produce spirit and consumable alcohol. Molasses is mainly used for the manufacture of Rectified Spirit and the Rectified Spirit will be further converted in to ethyl alcohol (ethanol). And the excuss Molasses will be sold to cattle feed manufacturers and also for other Distilleries.
